The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, although the 'bread stealing' incident was a funny touch. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, located just a quick 2-minute walk from the town center. The rooms were quiet and came with a lovely enclosed balcony that helped reduce noise. Although they could use a bit of a revamp, they were ready for me around 10:00. The service was friendly overall, but there was a funny incident of our bread 'disappearing' from the toaster frequently. The location was perfect for our trip, being very close to everything and controlled by the hotel. The dining experience offered a nice continental breakfast with a variety of choices.
